I don’t know anyone here who isn’t under a tremendous amount of stress. I think it would be interesting to analyze the number of those who ended up with stress related illnesses while working at SF. I work in claims and stress is inevitable here. The question is how best to deal with it?

I started taking antidepressants last summer
Exercising, going on walks, proper nutrition and sleep, and meditation will help; but it is not a permanent solution. The permanent solution is to find another job to save your sanity/mental health, before turning to meds and alcohol to cope.
Those that are still there. This post is no BS. You do not see it day in and day out what you are doing to yourself by always trying to find ways to fit a square peg in a round ho-e handling claims not to mention the constant concern of big brother looking over your shoulder. You may get away with it while you are young but it will catch up to you. I have experienced it first hand. The key to it is never let them change or dictate to you who you are or what you should be to fit their narrative. At all cost, be who you are.
That place made me SO ill. All of my doctors documented that this company was making my health deteriorate. I ended up quitting for my own health and mental wellness.
