Restructuring definitely impacts the workforce. I dealt with it at WF and it is does not end very nice many loose their jobs, displaced w a sh servanance pkg.

Any insights in the NM market?

Breaking up the layoff notices to avoid it being reported, eh? Structuring employment changes is like what fraudsters do with their finances. Seems fitting here!
