The pandemic craze that helped us recover and frankly - in my opinion - saved the company from going under at the last possible moment is now over. That means that the numbers are about to start going down again and we're going to be the ones to pay for it. This is already happening in other companies. Even Funko is having layoffs right now. Better be prepared for what's coming.

A layoff was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I spent 15 years working my way up the ladder from a warehouse worker to a manager. My facility was closed and my job was on the chopping block. My VP asked me to transfer to another facility and stay with the company... NOPE. I took my severance, got paid out for my unspent vacation time (back when there was vacation time), and promptly took another job that paid better.
No more fear of layoffs. No more fear of working for a failing company. Good riddance!
Fear mongering, fake news. do you get your jollies off of scaring your co-workers.
The internal audit team better be shaking in their boots.
Lets all pray for layoffs
