Myself and two other field technicians resigned today. After 19 years of service, I had enough of this broken company. The market is hot here in NV for service technicians with experience. Between Casinos, competitors and new businesses moving here from CA the jobs are plentiful and pay more.

You did a huge favor by resigning after 19 years in NV.
Lumen is still trying to figure out how to get rid of remaining 30,000.
Lumen only wants to keep the elite Ethernet, fiber transport, IT, and Power.
They want to replace all Quantum techs with contractors. They want to layoff all copper based techs.
2 or 3 more years from now. They will be successful in doing so.
I leave later this after 25 years.
