How are they going to start moving devices? They getting trucks now? The riggers do all the moves, but I suppose a tech could push the device across the room if that's as far as it's going.
I would like to see what products are being offered for training.
Moar equity sustainability and CRT training.
You are wrong.
There is only one service channel, dummy. Service is a separate organization than both XBS and direct. They're no longer belong to an individual core or just direct customers.
If you really think this is BS. Look up the training course...
This is BS. Not happening nationwide. Stop falling for these mo--nic posts.
I know XBS sells KM and Ricoh.
But since the post was about SERVICING them it could apply to either XBS or Direct. Hence the question........DUMMY.
So wait. I'm waiting 4-5 days for service now, and when the overly stretched underpaid, overworked and UNDER-RESPECTED CSE's get trained on KM and Ricoh, they will have MORE time to service my Versant with it's continuing DRUM ISSUES? How's that supposed to work?
Or is the non-thought-out 'plan' to be that everyone gives up on Xerox and buys KM and Ricoh so now the overworked, underpaid, and under-respected highly trained CSE's now have more time to work on the KM's and Ricoh's? WTEF...
If you are a “technician” you should be able to fix anything with training and a manual. Times are changing. Change or die.
It usually takes a full year for Ricoh kimono to start to open…

XBS companies sell KM and Ricoh dummy
I call BS! This is as stupid as the post yesterday about XBS and ASP’s merging. Someone is trying to stir the pot and create drama.
Is there still a separation of direct and xbs? I thought we all merged last year.
Direct.
Is this on the Direct or XBS side?
