AT&T Dumps Time Warner Business Four Years After $85B Deal

When you see it in a title like that, it really hits you how big of a failure the whole acquisition has been. How there have been no consequences for those on top is beyond me.

The BOD needs to be replaced and a new board needs to clamp down and institute accountability on management!!

Consequences? Accountability? That's for the little people. Stephenson gets a big fat pension for wrecking the company. Pajama man will go out with fat juicy pension too. It's because the majority of proles think what they are told to think. They believe the cr-p about meritocracy and deregulation and free markets.
Haha. Anyone that buys into the American free market deserves what they get.

When the deal closes, the Stink needs to go. He won't be getting anymore $8M bonuses for brokering the deal at a loss for T.

But then again, why not continue to collect the big bucks for S C R E W I N G up massively!

WoW. TW is in trouble now without John Stankey. He knew more about movies than anyone at TW - just ask him. He was so confident in his abilities that he fired a lot of management, released movies early on TV, told us how smart he was/is & then he abandons us? Oh no. Say it ain't so. John please buy us back for $150B and give us leadership and direction.
