How is the leadership so confused about burnout and attrition? They ask adjusters for on average 30% more production than other carriers. The managers have significantly higher head counts which limits their effectiveness.
Everyone here is forced to cut corners to keep up so what do they expect!?!? To make matters worse, no talented people in the industry want or need to work here.

@1mno+1g7BDnn6 Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know
It's a good thing allstate controls your taxes
Lol at anyone that thinks we’ll EVER get that “bonus” they are offering. No way we’ll hit that goal but they can telling new hires they offer it, lol, keep dangling that carrot!! Even if we somehow did TAXES would take almost half of it! LOL
Bonuses don't make up for the lack of work life balance...
It doesn't help that Allstate doesn't offer bonuses while other carriers do.
[And, no, I don't think the scraps they're offering us next year count. I'm in claims, and I have zero effect on policy growth.]
So not only are we stressed and overworked, but we're underpaid. But of course our galaxy brain "leaders" are either too d-mb or simply just don't care.
Claims leadership must be reading from the same memo as staff counsel leadership. See the post from a few days ago about Law Dept 1st quarter meeting - leadership view is that you are stressed because you are not handling stress properly. Seems that their view is that you wouldn't be burned out if you were handling your overloaded production properly. Attrition? That's fine - they'll just move your job to Pune.
Forced burnout and low morale is all part of Transformative Growth. That is why it is such a fu---d up business philosophy. TPTB don't have the ba--s to lay off thousands at once again so they demoralize and torture us out.
