I left recently and got a 30% raise, sign on bonus worth 20% of my annual salary and a good amount of stock options. So far it seems like a good work environment at the new place and I’m happy. Glad I landed a great opportunity now, especially as other companies begin hiring freezes and layoffs.

No employee rights too
Supervisor takes down names for those leaving cleanroom early.
Expecting us to leave cleanroom on the dot of meal breaks and enter cleanroom on time.
All this make us not enough time to eat

I left Seamonster, oh I mean Seagate and received more than a 20% raise. Just take the first step and look for a job or contact recruiters. You will thank yourself later.

Seagate had no problem giving a -10% raise to everyone in 2009. The CEO cried about the big sacrifice made to his salary too as he collected millions in free stock options. What a hero. The freak show has been going on for a long long time.

You only really get any significant income gains by switching companies. That's just the reality of the marketplace.

Has Seagate raised their prices by 10%+? There's no way they give 10% raises unless you get a promotion. That's not just Seagate. Food companies have raised prices, but that's just a cost adjustment.

Frogs notice even if it's gradual, by the way. Saying is based on a fictional premise.

You need a 10% raise this year just to break even. Yep inflation has been outpacing wages for so long even some of the frogs are starting to realize they got slowly boiled.
