I’m so gdaed tired of being reduced to tears every day. Carrying the load of 3 people and forced into 12+ hours a day just to get it done and not being compensated for it because you are salaried. Then despite all this your leadership is constantly berating you because they think you aren’t doing enough????
I know there’s life after anthem that’s what everyone says. I’ve seen many jobs that pay well above what anthem pays. But it would require a 2 hour commute through traffic (I live in one of the most congested cities in the country) and I have two family members that require my presence in the home for medical reasons.
I just need a breakthrough. Because I’m feeling real s*cdal at the hands of this job and my management right now.

Please tell me where!!
I’ve been doing the work of 2 people for a few years. I refuse to work overtime beyond a half hour here or there. When I’m asked I always say “remember there is only one of me now, remember the other analyst you moved and gave me all their work? I’ll add it to my list, it will be X days before I can get to it…. Unless you’d like to fill that position?”
That’s how I function. There is an HR form that determines the amount of work and how many FTE’s are needed to do it… I’d start by listing everything you do and the amount of time it takes, how often it’s done then quantify it into hours per week or month then list the normal amount of work hours to show how much your working. Present this to your manager, if they dismiss you email your HR peep and ask for advice on the volume of work your being expected to carry and if they can review it.
Don't give them the power. They will suck you dry of all self-care. Spruce up your resume and look elsewhere for remote.
Get a remote job. That's what I did and doubled my salary.
