The hypocrisy of it all.
A more diverse employee base is a great development. However, absolutely not in Honeywell. It is just to please Wallstreet and a big shareholder theme. Thanks Darius for creating such a toxic culture.
Why don't they look into the technology staffs of HCE and HBT? The proportion of a certain ethnicity and gender (e.g. not WMA) is well over 50% in leadership positions. This occurred due to cronyism and is a violation of equal opportunity employment laws. Anyone not of that ethnicity and gender are prevented from getting leadership roles. I have been in the big H for 27 years and have been glass ceilinged more times than I can count by the defacto cronyism network they set up starting in the early 2000s. But they are more than happy to leverage my skills to further their promotion agenda.
Since when did I&D become an anti white male initiative? Seems like a complete pivot into an anti white make campaign.

Violations of diversity policies can only be committed by straight white males.
