Anyone know the process of being terminated?

How long from a written warning to termination?

Got a new manager and it's not working out, they're pushing me out and she's REACHING for any reason to terminate me. This company is not worth fighting for, I was advised I have an HR case by a few colleagues but I'm done with this place. Obviously I'm applying everywhere now, but if anyone has experience on this process or know how it works, please let me know.

Call HR and say you are transitioning. You are golden when you do that. No one can touch you.

Some managers just feel the need to be nasty to someone. They know they either have to lay people off or get laid off themselves, sometimes both, so they pick the easiest target. If they are good at sucking up to others, it's hard to fight back, but they'll probably trip up someday and forget to suck up, so there's a good chance.

There is no set timeline. But if they are truly pushing you out and going to the trouble of documenting it, it’s likely 4-6 months.

Be careful they don’t build a case for performance and reduce your severance as a result.

Get an appeal on the record with employee relations if you are truly done with this place.
