I agree too many levels of management, but on the topic of Stankey, yes he's full of himself, but at least he has a vision of slimming the product and services portfolio down to more modern services and getting focus on areas that will provide a return on investment.
I'm no fan of the guy. But if he got paid zero, and they divided that $$$ up amongst the other employees, each of the 250,000 would get an 11.9 cent an hour raise for working 40 hours a week. So 18 bucks a month.
That said, he is horrible.
The real bloat in in the levels 3 through 7.
Zero way there should be that many levels of managers.
Good job, good pay, good benefits. And still angry.
And get a load of what those top major sports pro athletes and entertainers make - and near half of those on pro teams are on losing teams. I am very mad!
