Since the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, NY is closing is it a done deal that the Macy's there will soon sell of the land to Urban Edge Properties and shut down as well as part of the development?

Any stores that have outside entrance will stay opened. Macys is getting renovations and updates throughout there store. I was Shopping there on Saturday and the Store is looking great.
