Americas Town Hall Today, lets see how they spin how poorly AMS is doing and the reasons why us in the America's won't see a pay increase (a pay increase of less than 10% doesn't count as an increase). I bet most will get ZRO, ZIP , Nothing.

But the NEO's and executive team keeps getting there FREE stock options, bonus, salary increases and won't even take a cut to help the people who actually keep this company running day to day. I've seen other CEO's , the board and key executives from other companies take cuts , so Mikey 2 and Steak cutter should too!

The business won't attract a new leader, because its core proposition is too old. The lets keep beating the same old drum until the market improves, won't happen. Things have moved on. DXC needs to change and adapt, but it has lost so many skills that it is now just trying to keep its head above water.

This site has talked about pay increases since....god, I can't think that far back. It is never going to happen. Energy price rises. Fuel Price rises and cost of living will mean you will have been better off 20 years ago than you are now.

I am not going to say "Just leave" cos that old chestnut has been said too many times and you're still there. The company doesn't deserve you.

Wake up.

Mike Screamer wasn't even at the AMS Townhall.

These townhalls are a waste of time, its more like public relations than for internal DXC employee's. Tell us in detail how your going to make us One DXC and not L-CSC, L-HPES, L-EDS, Networking, Storage, servers, accounts running amuck doing there own thing.

Tell us how many people within the pay grades are getting pay increases and the average dollar amount. Tell when we will see it in our paychecks.

For those that don't get increases what are you doing for those people, why should they work harder for DXC. I know if I don't get at least a 5K increase my work is going down, not going to try one bit anymore. No reason to try because you get nothing for it!

IBM spinoff $3B market cap sales $20B employees 100K. Must be very low margin. Would you buy legacy computer room business from IBM? Why not sell off EDS CSC computer room business to Kydryl IBM spinoff? Is slow death a life? When you buy ATOS? McKinsey Lorie was right, get rid of old sh!t, let stock be lumpy, move forward. Mike Screamer run my old legacy business is wrong, organic growth not happening. Is Mike Screamer yelling today at AMS town hall?
