Finally, I honestly confronted my team's leader about not being physically able to meet the demands of my (5 person and growing) workload. I was told to take a time management course. :0

Just leave the stupid place
Most leaders, are not true mindful conscious leaders.
Work distribution completely sucks in Anthem. The real capable people are having hard time as most of them are not in leader's buddy list
That's classic.

" I think you need to waste time and take a time management course."
