I read some comments here and it seems like everyone here thinks that running a company is the easiest thing to do and they too could do it and be much better at it.
It’s funny indeed, but sometimes I start wondering if they really could... I say this because I am convinced that the leadership does not have a real picture of how Centene looks to us at the bottom, which is necessary for good management of the company.

I don’t think any one person could run a company as big as Centene. That being said, because Centene is so big I think they forget how things function on a smaller level and could benefit from focus groups within the plans. I think they push these policies, updates, and processes but are so out of touch with the day to day and it doesn’t work.
As a manager I do! I have started from the bottom at worked my way up. All departments big and small are important to our success.
Man it is fu---d up overthere.
So much politics, can't get typical sh-t done. They just want sh-t to magically work / with no time to think about complexity layers / architecture.
