Even the lot guys have keys to the lock up, keypads and employee files. No one cares about confidentiality and fighting over who gets paid more. A manager turned off the cameras and walked out with a cart full of merchandise. A Tire employee had keys to the office and took merchandise that was evidence from another employee stealing. What is going on. 😳

We have people stealing time but here they are because we can not get anyone to stay. They hire 3 but by 2 weeks they all quit. Stealing time is also stealing money.

There’s no way to turn off the cameras unless you have a scissor lift and got into the cabinet in the ceiling. Other cameras would pick up the activity of the “manager turning off the cameras”.
