Now nearly double the Intel pay with 2/3 of the work hours. Very little political nonsense, everyone aligned on the goals. I should have left a long time before I did.
More money, never on call again, easily 1% of the BS email to deal with, work with better smarter kinder people on more interesting projects, what more could you ask for.
Ain’t that the truth. Make 40% more, enjoy my job, and don’t work with a bunch of back stabbing a-holes.
