“Despite turning marketing back on and our plans to un-pause our mortgage products here in April, these headwinds are expected for the foreseeable future and the size of our current workforce is larger than what is needed for the work ahead,” Cianelli wrote this week. “As a result, I made the difficult decision to reduce the Mortgage Sales team by ~90 employees.”
He added, “I want you to know this decision was not easy and that leaders will do everything we can to support these teammates throughout this transition.”
