He is persona non grata at Liberty. I heard they threw all their Continuous Improvement whiteboards in the dumpster in celebration when he left LOL!! (and got rid of the process as well)
He was the main cause of market share loss
He got fired for gutting the company
It’s was a mural decision for him to leave, due to the fact he butchered Liberty’s processes & field claim reps. It took Liberty 3 years to undo all the bad decisions he made…… He did the same thing at the Hartford…. Seems like he is doing the same to Allstate…..
Probably because Allstate offered him more money…
