Would you settle for a slightly lesser paying job then the one you have at Allstate, but knowing that you will be going to a less stressful working atmosphere and a place that is not so toxic.

I gave up 5 days of PTO. But I worked every weekend and I worked on my vacation days. Just working 5 days a week feels like vacation to me. SO GLAD I left.
Get out… now. Your stress level is not worth any level of loyalty to this company. They will sp-t you out and not think twice.
Progressive is where two of my coworkers in auto claims went and are super happy. I’m interviewing there next week. They offer End of year bonuses.
I am already looking . I would hate to leave Allstate because I built up tenure and pto etc. but I really hate the pressure they put on us.
In this market, depending on where you are in the country, you can likely get a better workload AND more pay elsewhere.

YES. This company is not going to bend to my will, and I've broken my back bending to its will. Working on my exit strategy.
No way. Allstate already pays below market.
Absolutely!
Not in this work shortage... Most jobs are paying more to attract talent... If you're so desperate that you'd accept less money to leave, you're an id--t or not trying hard enough
Yes. I’m literally taking steps to do this (moved to a different state, bought a cheaper house, paying off cars and other debt). Even if I didn’t want to leave it’s only a matter of a few years before I’ll probably get laid off anyway, time to prepare is now
Yes!
