How the heck are they gonna get 2% growth from the cr---y claim handling and putrid customer service reviews that are turning customers off in droves?
This was wonderful. I had a buzz from the meeting and it made my whole day. I drove home in such a happy mood. Something to strive for!
Sounds like they're desperate for growth if they 're willing to pay bonuses for 2% policy growth. They want us to get our friends and relatives to buy policies so we get bonuses! And Agents are leaving in droves. What's wrong with this picture?
Most employees but not all. If you are eligible, your manager was supposed to have a conversation with you a few weeks ago.
Yeah they promised me a bonus last year but then pulled a gotcha. I am not holding my breath on this one. $10 says even we meet the goal, they will find some excuse not to pay us.
The new bonus applies to all employees that are not currently bonus level employees (I think that's everyone below Band E but not sure as I work in LawDept). The way I understand it is that if we grow policies by 2% or more, everyone will receive at a minimum $2,000 bonus and/or up to $4,000. I believe though that last year is our baseline and this year is the first year we're being measured, so no bonuses until sometime in 2023.
They expect everyone to be excited about this, but I'm so far removed from customers and have nothing to do with policies, rates, etc. Give me a bonus based on my work, then I'll get excited.
I liked it. Fun panel.
Can I have one hour of my life back? Absolute waste of time.
I stopped going to those meetings. Waste of time and I'm busy.
Tom sure does care about us! /s
I've enjoyed it. Great panel!!
How do these people have time for "development"? I am slammed with work!
What is this new bonus everybody keeps talking about?
