OP+1g1fProW You must be new or you're a favorite. I've work for Sam's for 15+ yrs and it's the worst it has ever been.

Bless your heart!
Yours and the management, and the regional, and Bentonville, and that jet they fly around in!

You hire in new employees at $15. And employees that have been there 10+ are barely making over $15!
You expect us to train these new people plus do our own jobs!

Then your wondering why long-term employees are using up their legacy time, ppto and pto...all of it!
They are tired! And tired of the b.s.

I wouldn't say I love it. It's ok. I've worked in worse places.

Yeah that sounds like a manager trying to BS the subject!! However i do agree it works well with my schedule, as a part time associate. If I were to go full-time though, I'd be told my children or personal life don't matter! And at the same time, I'm tired of getting the same raise as slow and lazy employees. I work my a*# off and no recognition. Merit based raises need to come back!!! Also, retention bonuses for new employees?????? What about the people who have stayed and done their job...???

Lol I find it funny the one saying they love the job and the people who don't need to quit. Your probably a few of the lucky ones who actually work at a decent store with a good management team and staffing, cause I guarantee you wouldn't be telling people to quit when you start taking on the job of 2 or 3 associates because of staffing issues and call outs but yet your management team still doesn't show any appreciation for what you do or offer a hand to help. Sorry to say but I've been with the company 10 years and it's just going downhill in my opinion. Yeah I'm thankful for a paycheck but didn't sign up for a everyday headache and stress from the b.s. and yes I am looking to get out when the right opportunity arises.

I’m happy with Sam’s Club as well. It’s a great company that I’ve grown with. I’m a single parent too, and that’s not the company’s fault. I’ve been able to make a steady increasing living, and I’m grateful. Thank you 😊

Sam's and Walmart in general feed off the employees. Always have! I'm happy that you enjoy working there. You obviously work for one of the very few decent ones.

I like working for Sam's as well. If you don't like it then leave. You are lucky you have a job to go to. I'm sure the ukranians would gladly trade places with you.

I love my job at sams . I run my bu-t off daily doing my job. The problem is I’m not lazy like the ones posting they don’t like it . If you don’t like your job quit and shut up. I’m sure no one will beg you to stay .

Op- 401k isn't that great when you have to invest in plans that they choose to invest in. I bet you won't last a year

I would love the place too if I were able to work at a leisurely pace like many do. The slow ones do not get reprimanded.

What village do you live in that 15-16/hr provides for your family as a single parent? Please tell me so we can all move there

You either work as as a higher up, or literally just started.
