Leadership declined my exception for both religious and medical reasoning so I am being booted on Saturday. How else can I get an exception before I get fired?

Glad you’re gone from T-Mobile. There’s no place in modern society for people like you. In due time folks like you will be cast to the side where you belong. Your 15mins are up.
How come your religious accommodation didn't get approved? all you have to do is put the article about the 4 catholic bishops from colorado who approved not getting vaxed. Dang you must not be working on a full tank. It's more than easy peasy to get that religious accommodation unless, you are just slow.
Don’t listen to these rude people lol they are pretty comical. I left last month and I found a good job working remote and I am happy I chose to leave. My pay has increased and I am not forced to do something I don’t want to. Go ahead and start your job hunt you will be fine.
The losers are those staying there.
Hope your d-mb point you made was worth it for you. Enjoy the job hunt. And those new companies want you vaxxed too.
Both my medical and religious were approved. Quoted Biblical verses and cited past examples how I've been hindered in life but stuck to belief (used canceled a vacation to Boliva due to yellowfever shot required)
I heard of someone who got a successful work from home due to accessibility issues. Haven't heard anyone with religious or medical exemption get approved.
There's other companies other than this one out there...
you are not being laid off. You are being fired. If you don't know the difference please google. :P
