Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

They monitor everything except what needs to be monitored the most

Sam's monitor when I happen to take a little longer break, but do not monitor when the manager yells at one of the best employees who resigns shortly thereafter. Also, they don't monitor all the favoritism, which is also one of the main culprits why great employees don't want to work here anymore. Perhaps Sam's should monitor stuff like that a little more?

That's nothing, the managers and supervisors all have keys to even the cctv system room, they watch employees all day and even sleep in offices. They could fire the office sitters and hire floor partners. But they like company waiste I guess

Huh? The great employees ARE the favorites. Are you high on something? You're very lucky they don't randomly test. You would no longer be there. The 'favorites' of management? Most of them would be.

sometimes I go into the bathroom, put my legs up and play games for hours. No one notices. Just tell them you have a bowel disorder.

And then you have the managers who do not like certain people and they make life so difficult for them. They do not know how to lead, they just want to put people down, especially the ones over 50.

Also managers that dont do anything or know how to do anything in their department. They should also take a look at the racism issue going on at so many clubs. They wont though. They like the high turnover. No raises and less pto
