is that we're going back to a calendar sales year starting on 1/1/23, thus leaving a seven month gap from May 1 to December 31. And allegedly there will be HEAVY emphasis in the 2023 incentive plan on digital, not just sales. I wonder if we see a flat bonus for the rest of 2022 with inflated goals and more OneCRM data integrity fun and games for '23. Sounds awesome.
