Not likely.. I resigned couple weeks ago.
When I first started at ConocoPhillips it was the best job I’ve ever had. The dysfunctional organizational changes that happened last year, in my opinion have ruined a once great company. I’ll show myself the door.
I’m waiting for the “red” lanyards for identification of cranky “women” during their monthly cycles
Censorship is off the chart here folks, and we have mo--ns posting that don’t see a problem with that, that’s why I’m leaving.
100% likely to be here one year from now. Why would I want to go work for any other company? COP is THE E&P company of choice for all stakeholders, at least that’s what we aspire to be. Smart Growth, Superior Returns, SPIRIT Values. Our company has figured it out, this is how we win. Go COP, go!!!
Look at the responses below. These are our coworkers. That’s precisely why I’m leaving as soon as possible.
Don’t mention any news about athletes and myocarditis injuries exploding across the nation or get busted!
Surprise, surprise. . . . any talk of green lanyards and unjust discrimination against the unvac'd was identified and destroyed. What kid of world do we live in where on a site for people to express displeasure with an organization or situation, any talk of the 'scary' C word gets taken down. Free speech, nah. . . . doesn't seem to exist anymore unless you agree with 'them'
do you have assigned censors that work overtime and overnight for all unruly COP threads? ask'in for a friend
100%
Very likely. I'm not looking to leave when things are going well even though I know many are.
