Centene we are adults , treat us as such and give us the TRUTH!!! We adults need to plan for our future and we need to make OUR ADULT DECISIONS based on YOUR TRUTH!!!!!! Jobs being shifted with no warning and assigning jobs that may not fit that person, yet CENTENE do you think for ONE SECOND what your doing to YOUR ADULT WORKERS isn’t fuckkkkking with them? I bet you do and Centene you hope they quit, so when the big SHIFT comes you’ll need not pay severance and Cobra!!
For what you do to us ADULTS , eventually word of mouth will be your downfall. Word of mouth can create havoc on your hiring of good workers and your company, a sh-t show is exactly what I say!!!!!!!!

I f***ing hate it when HR KEEP POSTING. Yes those stupid minuplation are from HR. I often wonder how HR and management can sleep at night knowing they have fine horrible things to other human beings. HR go take care of the spam emails that you send everyday.

Centene/Fidelis HR just follows what the CEO and company dictates! There was a time when you could go to HR for grievances and you had a chance to be fairly heard, not anymore, HR are just paper cut figures interested in getting their salaries and looking pretty at meetings
People think my comment came from HR. Nope, just another employee sick of this company, and aggressively trying to find a new job. I have zero idea of “the shift” your talking about. Can you explain ?
I posted the first comment and not a member of HR sorry to say. Just a regular employee calling out this post with 0 context or details provided yet you want sympathy? If your job is that bad and you are soooo unhappy and mistreated then find a different one. Be part of the solution, not the problem.
HR - go do an anonymous employee survey. Help another exec break 100 laws, ruin an excellent employee’s career, and land in his golden parachute. Better yet try looking yourself in the mirror after another day of pretending to have integrity. Bye, Felicia.

Can you give more context? What Job Shift? What market are you in? You're speaking of word of mouth, yet giving no details explaining your negative experience for us other employees to engage in this conversation with you
Can you add more context to this post? What to you constitute as a big "shift"? Were you given additional responsibility? Within every job role/acquisition there is the potential that the duties of your role change under the umbrella of the position that you applied to, interviewed for, and then subsequently accepted. Your response seems heated and personal, and definitely not adult or professional which is a bit contradictory that you ask to be treated as an adult.
