More of my colleagues have left in the last few months than in the last few years. The question is whether the PNC can still keep people from leaving and how?
Some are accepting even worse offers and leaving. If I were the management, I would be very worried because this place desperately needs talent.

Every company is experiencing turnover right now. Not sure any industry is unscathed.
why is it so? What role were you in?
I left PNC over a month ago and I'm so happy I did. Get out as soon as you can and you'll be happy too.
