Will that put on the blacklist for rehire? Also, what does Anthem do about negative PTO balance?

You can leave but you may be listed as ‘no rehire’, they do that sometimes if they don’t want you to be rehired.
I use to give two weeks notice. Not anymore.
Too big to care or too desperate to care based on the number of employees about to resign due to low or no raises this year.... The talented will search and leave and the rest will hang around until retirement.
You can get rehired no matter what. Anthem is too big to care.
2 weeks notice is courtesy. Employment is at will. No impact on rehiring. However most companies don’t rehire.
You will not be rehired if you do not give 2 weeks notice.
I believe any negative PTO balance will be deducted from you final paycheck.
