Did anyone get a good review? Seems there were a lack of positive comments. Is this to get us back in the office more?

I was told nothing about performance, just provided information on salary and avip. I have an inexperienced people leader who does not groom staff. Can't figure out why they remain in their position for several years and doesn't want to do job of managing
Told my year was great and I saved the company a ton of money. 3.5% raise 115% AVIP. I guess this year I'll give them lower effort since they couldn't afford cost-of-living increases.
I got a rock.
My review was super duper exceeded beyond the next horizon winning the future expectations. My raise was a 15% increase and my AVIP was 174% LOLOLOLOL
