Anyone hearing rumors of more layoffs occurring the first week in March?

I have not seen or heard of one layoff.
I think something is brewing.
Wrong, they have happened. Perhaps not widespread, but there have been some.
After all, the money to pay the consultants that came up with Elephant's Health has to come from somewhere, and it sure isn't going to come out of C-suite bonus amounts.

I am guessing it’s happening this week. My boss is on PTO all week but scheduled an unexpected 1:1 for Thursday… end of a pay period; end of a quarter… the usual time…. Won’t miss the toxic work environment
I did not get a salary increase this year since I am at the top of the pay scale. Last year I got $220 annual increase. Stayed on due to uncertainty with the big C. I have been talking to other companies and they are discussing $40,000 more than what I am getting now. Will move after the bonus is paid. Inflation has increased significantly and it's difficult to survive on Anthem salary. The job market is good for skilled individuals so why stay and get depressed.

There is no official or rumors of more layoffs occurring. But people will move out themselves considering below factors ,
() Anthem cannot or don't want to match with market pay purposefully
() The fellow club members all M & D & all above position people are other employees blood suckers
() Company worsted ever in politics. Not really deserved for "best place to work". but deserved for "best place to do politics"
() Nice vendor contracts and commissions to club members
() Zero job security
