Lotta people felling burnt out is what im hearing.Either waiting to be dropped or anxious it's gonna happen.Ive worked for better and also worse but not sure if I should jump or wait to be pushed.Not unhappy but its getting tough. Its a great jobs market at the moment even in uncertain times.Also seeing people that are here some years going for promotions and being beaten to the punch by new staff member's.And I'm talking guys from 35/55 range so not exactly young.Will we have cuts?Who knows just interested in people's thoughts.

Of course the promotions are going to the “female/identify as female” people.
50% total workforce and 40% in management come to mind.
it's 'wait and see' time right now.
