Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Picking up slack for other people

I'm sick of compensating for the laziness of a coworker. It happens here that those who refuse to pick up slack for other people are more criticized than those who actually slack. It's crazy. Sam's expecting me to do someone else's job, while at the same time the slacker whose job I'm doing is relaxing and not worrying at all. Is that okay, Sam's? For how long will this practice continue here?

instead of complaining on here how about going straight to the person that isn't doing their job let them know how you feel

That has been normal stuff at Sams/Walmart since Sam Walton's heirs took over. It does NOT happen everywhere! For the love of God...go where you are appreciated!

I hide in the break room 3 hours a day. When I am actually "working" I am slow as heck. I just have a poor work ethic.

Yeah, don't do it. Forget the criticizers. Do your job and go home. Period. Look around... see who is happiest. Note what they're doing.

Happens everywhere. Either accept it or leave.
