They will be repurposing us into a CCC or ATSC frontline role. Our group was told this Friday as we are being move to CCC. Way short staffed there and not moving those areas to India. Not hiring new hires but replacing with tenured talent. That is the new name of the game. If you do not accept the lift and shift you leave and quit voluntarily with no severance. That is the plan. Ready for ATSC or CCC? If not then you leave on your own and no severance. Allstate wins.

Some of you will NEVER just be happy! If you were laid off ...YOU WOULD BE MAD...You were put into a role that needed additional staffing in which allows you to keep your job and benefits...AND YOU ARE MAD!
I am definitely not a fan of how Allstate is operating but d*mn. You people can even take a win!
