A team has been created to work towards Answer automation. If you work in Legal, you know what that is. Anyone know if this means they are working to get rid of paralegals/admin and automate their jobs? Seems like this would be challenging, but many of their actions over the last year point to this as a definite possibility.

Huge push to automate some legal support staff responsibilities and move as much as the company can to India. Not sure how many will be affected as I have heard we still need staff to make sure the work delegated to India is being handled properly and nothing falls through the cracks. Now that is efficient…….
