a manager in florida has been fired for making fake customer complaints against several employees, when asked why she did it, she admitted "i just didn;t like them", she used the same name on several complaints which raised a red flag. this has happened before at several locations.

We don't need fake complaints, we have enough real ones about our lack of employees and having no merchandise in our store that it would be tough to tell the fake ones from the real ones.
If managers approach you with a fake customer complaint or write up, tell them you have been se-----y harassed and discriminated against because of your race,gender, age, or se-ual orientation, they will drop that fake write up or complaint in a heartbeat
managers do this also to get you out if your making too much a hr .. only to be replaced by a knucklehead for less
we have all seen fellow associates let go because a manager didn't like them, or wanted someone else for that position under the bs excuse of a customer complaint.
