I would not Put our Senior executives under the title of leaders. A true leader has a vision that is realistic. A plan that everyone can understand form the guy on the plant floor to Wall Street.

Now comes Jim. Self-proclaimed Car guy. So, what actual product in his what 12-14 years at the company has he been really involved with? FLEX! He talks about complexity. So, You Jim have been a Group VP since day one. You worked at Toyota so you should have learned about complexity back then. But you must have missed that meeting. Because since you came in our complexity is out of control. So, you're supposed to be a product guy and here we left the sedan market to our competition.
I hear the Ford press machine talk about EVs, but do we actually make money on them (minus the government subsidy). what is the ROI compared to the regular ICE vehicle? Can the MACH -E pay for itself after 4 years?

Now I hear that the Lightning will be built in a non-union plant? I do not think the UAW is going to stand by and take that one lying down. So now they are in for another fight.
And to the OP, Joe Hinrich's isn't walking through that door! Sell your stock. Jim and Bill took their eyes off the ball, fumbled, and whether or not there can be a recovery is to be seen, but not looking good.
