Grove et al v. Lowe's Companies Incorporated et al

Looks like 2 former Arizona hourly service managers have won a lawsuit against Lowe's for making them work off the clock and the craziness of duties. Seems Lowe's has agreed to settle when the plaintiffs pushed for a jury trial and Grove had mountains of documentation, screen shots, recorded conversations, and video a former LP manager gave him of the shenanigans of the former Store Manager's behavior.

Yah Baby hit 'em where it hurts. I always thought it was funny when I was working at Lowes that our store manger made his asm's and dept supervisors use their own personal phones for taking pics and group talks. I was like sc--w you pal, who if paying for the phone bill?
