Lol just leave. I left to another national firm for the same adjuster position and got a 20% bump in pay. Just leave.

I agree, just leave. I can’t sleep due to pressure & have started grinding my teeth at night. My claims volume has skyrocketed and I got rated EXpected, after working 7 days a week just to stay almost current. Time to go!
Same, left for another carrier. Same position with a lower inventory and less responsibility but more money. I’m actually doing the job I was hired to do and not spending my day taking angry inquiry calls from customers and body shops. It’s nice.
