A concern raised by a WFH individual in the last site wide information meeting was the lack of good coffee on site if a return to the office was necessary.
The staff in MFG that have to attend daily have not had as much as a vending machine on site since the restaurant closed. Ok, the restaurant is now open again but its clear to many its going to be short lived due to the lack of use and still minimal numbers on site.

So very true, plenty of useless office staff here at STHC who really take advantage of this.
In reality it does not make a difference whether they turn up or not, except to lower moral and discourage those who have to turn up every and are expected to work hard.
Such a double standard's have long been established within Schlumberger.

Office staff continuing to work from home for approx 2 days a week. You must have missed the well-publicised articles on the homepage. I'll guess Fridays and Mondays will be the most popular days.
Remember though......if you can work from home your jobs can be done by people in other countries.
