Comp statements out. How were bonuses for those eligible?

My band e bonus is 50% higher than expected, so instead of 10% it's closer to 15%
This company is a joke. An absolute joke. I don't understand how you can honestly tell your employees that by reinventing the wheel they should be rates as Expected. Do you want to set the precedence for your company to become stagnant/complacent, then keep doing what you 're doing. This company used to be a great company to work for, but now it is on the opposite spectrum and pulls as much as it can out of their employees only to pay them minimally for their efforts. Sr. Executives wants to protect their 'golden parachutes' and don't value the lower level employees.
I got a subscription for the jelly of the month club for my bonus. I will have to for next years bonus to get a pool in my backyard.
Actually I make more money than I did at Allstate AND get a bonus, and not even in a management position.
So Allstate just pays sweat shop wages and doesn’t care about employee happiness or rentention.

@1hzs+1fp0vOLS bonuses are a way to justify lower wages for lower tier workers, I hope you are aware of that otherwise you are being taken for a ride.
Must suck to work for a company that doesn’t give everyone bonuses…
