I just love it when people start telling others what to do with their lives without knowing anything about them. First of all, people can have a negative opinion about some aspects of the company but still enjoy working here enough not to consider leaving. Second of all, many people would love to leave but can't for various personal issues (health, family, whatever), and telling them to leave is insensitive at best. And third of all, mind your own damn business and everybody will be better off for it.

Hahaha, if you think someone writing a letter of recommendation is a push, than yep! I don't need to mind my own business if someone asks me to do something. BTW, I do not know a sole who "enjoys" working at Mondelez, only know those that feel stuck, but absolutely hate it as do the rest. Management is a joke!
