Its been over 3 years since my last raise - guess they don't even provide that average 1% adjustment any longer. I am usually a devoted worker even when the everything is stacked against you - but even I have my limits. If you need me, call my Cell - I will be out fishing and really don't care that the customer needs his services - I needed a raise for a long, long time
