Has there been any chatter about what Centene will do for March as far as WFH? They haven’t formally announced anything yet.

Yes! And every department is different. The reason I asked the question. My manager still doesn’t know anything. . @khaz+1fn6VSpO
They have discussed flexibility at every all employee meeting for months. Are you calling in for those or looking it up on CNET? Its not a secret. If your not sure directly ask your manager.
Has anyone from corporate Missouri received WFH confirmation this week? I’ve heard of some people being informed that their team is staying remote. My leadership is still waiting to hear something we are told. This waiting game is driving me nuts.
I’m sure leaders will find a way to mess up WFH anyway.
I’d expect a lot of caveats…like what happens if your chat status turns yellow?
What if you don’t respond to a chat ping in x minutes?
Or, they might offer wfh but keep you on a leash saying they can ping and ask you to show up in the office whenever needed with very little notice….
They just sent an email today 2/22 how they are now doing wfh/hybrid schedule for majority of company which is good bc I was planning on quitting if they forced us back
Looks like most positions are going to be permanently(?) work from home. Changing of the guard has brought some benefits.
We haven’t been told anything which is par for how our department is run. It is really upsetting to be kept in the dark like a child constantly. This is a big reason why I won’t feel guilty at all when I hand in my resignation. So ready to be free of this non sense and go to en employer who respects their employees enough to tell them important information so they can plan their lives accordingly.
