Having been here for new number of years I've seen how these reviews impact employees just coming into their first job or new to a large corporation environment. I want you to know that these annual reviews are in no way a measure of your hard work and effort. Mostly they are political... if you know someone high up or if you're related to someone higher up, you can expect rewards. Otherwise, you may be the scapegoat. Move on and if you get a bad review that you know wasn't warranted, start looking. It isn't a good fit. Know that this year it looks like empls can expect 2% avg raise and 85% (less any bonuses received during the year) of any promised bonus. 2% raise is actually good for this company. Many empls will receive nothing no matter how much work they put in.

Form a union.
Are "irritating" messages us empire code for reality and truth?
@3cbo+1fmL7N4K agreed with this post. Save your corporate jargon bu-----t for the boardroom with your 85%
if you're not an optum employee you shouldn't be on this board leaving irritating msgs. all over the place
What does this mean:
"your 85% of bonus "? Is that more corporate nonsense talk? Please use regular language and not American degenerate corporate-speak. Thank you.
Stop with the 85% sh-t nobody knows what your corporate jargon means
It was horrendous place and emblematic of far greater problem. Those with a working brainstem will leave, those that won't are in denial/brainwashed or can't leave bc of debts/family. It's over folks, just rearranging deck chairs on the US Titanic.
@OP+1fmL7N4K - Thank you for posting! You are 100% accurate. This is not a place to make a career! Use your time to gain experience and then GTF-Out! It doesn't matter how hard or accurate your work, your boss or the coworker he is "ba----g" takes the credit. Use this place and leave!!!
Blame your government for shutting down an economy and printing so much money to offset the pandemic overreaction that it now cannot get a handle on inflation. Companies are not going to start giving 8% across the board raises. Only people getting peanuts got mkt increases so they wouldn't lose them to amazon and banks call centers. 2% sucks and your 85% of bonus is not great but you could be looking at an even bigger pay decrease if you want to look at it that way. Go out and get paid cause you already know what to expect here. Also a great company I know gave 3% raises. Were screwed in the US.
It is NOT a "raise". Inflation is ~7-8%. If a teammate gets 2% that's a pay DECREASE, your salary went DOWN 5-6%.
Please refrain from using a raise unless that % accounts for inflation (which is very high).
Thank you. And whoever would choose to work there is a mo--n.
