I came here after working for two other carriers and I am astounded at how many processes are in place to simply write coverage. It seems as though this is by design to drag the claims out. On top of that , the required production is nowhere near appropriate. You simply cannot properly take care of customers and give them the necessary attention and time. I’m talking with several people about this as well as many other concerns it seems that there has been a massive shift. I have been told that claims take longer to handle now than just 5 years ago. Reason being that this company has changed from an industry innovator to a company driven by the cheapest platforms and processes. If only I had known! Won’t be here long but let this be a warning for others!!!

Substandard claim handling? Try Progressive that is why I switched from them to Allstate.
The racism is amazing. This company is 80% white, Chicagoland people. The folks coming from elsewhere aren't causing the downfall.
Of the top folks, only 2 of 10 are not white.
Get over yourselves with the indian-hatred. No foreigner is taking your job. The person up to is white. Think about that

If you want class, grace, educated personal service, don’t look to Allstate. It’s definitely the Walmart of insurance. Lots of people like Walmart so there ya go.
They don’t hide that the customers and employees don’t matter.
“Our priority is to the shareholders”
