Prepare to be ordered to return to work 5 days a week or be fired for failure to comply. The company got a taste of successfully forcing employee compliance on medical choices and now will dictate when and where you work as it's next authoritarian move. Kiss your cozy work from home lifestyles goodbye. You were warned. There is zero sign of acceptance or tolerance of a new flexible way to work permanently. It's one solution fits all and conform or be terminated. It's coming soon.

You are working less, gaining weight, complaining about nothingness here....guess the pandemic is over and life is back to normal.
When working remotely, I worked all the time day and night 6-7 days, and enjoyed it. There was little micromanagement. Got so much done.
I also lost without noticing or any diet 12 pounds which is a good thing.
3 month ago I "returned to work" meaning go back to the office.
When I come home, I also don't work anymore.
I regained the 12 pounds and get less work done.
Probably security. If you walk in during shift change it'd be easy to get in without a badge.
I'm confused over why turnstiles are even needed. Hourly workers have to badge in anyway so it must not be from them avoiding entryway tracking. We know how cheap this company is so something must have compelled them to cough up the expense.
Turnstiles are at STST for years already
Turnstiles? It almost seems like the Management Team at NRM wants the hourly employees to Unionize. Now that the Electricians voted 100% to go Union it will be interesting to see who goes next. What tone deaf Mo--n came up with Turnstiles?
At some point we're just going to have to live with Covid.
Yes, some employers will be more flexible than others and if you don't like what Seagate offers then start getting your resume in order. Starting March 14, we'll be expected to be in the office 3 days a week where I work now, unless you're 40 miles or more from one of our office centers.
It's coming sooner or later, like it or not. On current trends, Omicron will have burned out in early March in most places in the US. There will be little reason to not start back by then.
And yet you check in here and even take time to call names.
I guess you would rather stay home and graze on cheesy poofs all day long.
It's 2022. Companies wishing to stay relevant and in business have lost the ability to be so cavalier in their decisions.
I won't be returning. WAY too many options.
ALL companies dictate when and where you work, WTF is wrong with you?
