The financial report is not relevant to the average worker. All it means is that execs can steal a bigger bonus and cash in more stock options.
PZ says what a great year AIG had and that we made great progress due to "your hard work". Oh yeah, he also said you aren't getting a raise, but thanks again for your dedication.
