Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Walkies

So in our club we are to use walkies and whatever new device the company thinks we need. Why is it that the associates who speak little English don’t need to carry either one! They seem to speak/understand English whenever they need someone to dropped or help but they can’t do any member service and leave right when their shift is over even when others are still helping members or cleaning up from the shift. Doesn’t seem fair

So should it work both ways if an associate doesn't know Spanish???? Why don't you try and help this associate instead of bashing them?? We have an associate who speaks Spanish she took English classes so she can communicate with our members and associates better. And we stepped up to help her! She is now one of our very best associates!!

NO, he makes a valid point. If they can't do ALL of the job, they should have jobs elsewhere. Why is it fair for them to skip out on half the duties because they're too lazy to learn the primary language of business in this country?

A hard-working racist speaking english is still a racist.
Is that what you mean, OP?

You should be ashamed of yourself for posting this cr-p. Seems to be a bit racist.
